BUDDHIST TOURS

The Buddhist circuit of Western Arunachal is little explored. Various Buddhist groups of different Arunachali tribes inhabit the region comprising two districts. There is a magnificent chorten and many old monasteries scattered including the famed Tawang monastery. These possess some pristine and priceless masks, manuscripts, thankas, murals, and statues.

The following itinerary is our effort to bring this hidden treasure to the international community. The tour is designed on a fixed itinerary. We have paid great attention to the quality of our tours with a professional touch. But it does not necessarily make the tours rigid. We create a friendly atmosphere in our tours to make you feel at home.

Restricted Area Permit: The states of Arunachal, Nagaland, Manipur and Mizoram are restricted areas for foreigners. To visit these states they require the Restricted Area Permit (RAP) which we will take care of. For the rest of the states excluding Arunachal Pradesh, the permit is valid for a maximum period of 10 days and to be eligible for the same a group should consist of minimum no. of 04 persons. However, Nagaland allows married couples to enter into twos. In case of Arunachal, the minimum no. required is two persons and the permit will be valid for 30 Days.
