BUDDHIST TOURS

The Buddhist circuit of Western Arunachal is little explored. Various Buddhist groups of different Arunachali tribes inhabit the region comprising two districts. There is a magnificent chorten and many old monasteries scattered including the famed Tawang monastery. These possess some pristine and priceless masks, manuscripts, thankas, murals, and statues.

The following itinerary is our effort to bring this hidden treasure to the international community. The tour is designed on a fixed itinerary. However, if you think that the itinerary does not fall your way and you want us to design itineraries as per your schedule and tastes please feel free to contact us. We have paid great attention to the quality of our tours with a professional touch. But it does not unnecessarily make the tours rigid. We create a friendly atmosphere in our tours to make you feel at home.

Restricted Area Permit: The states of Arunachal, Nagaland, Manipur and Mizoram are restricted areas for foreigners. To visit these states they require the Restricted Area Permit (RAP) which we will take care of. The permit is valid for a maximum period of 10 days and to be eligible for the same a group should consist of minimum no. of 04 persons. However, Nagaland allows married couple to enter in twos. Also, in case of Arunachal, even if you are single or any no. less than 04 and you want to stay more than 10 days, we shall make a special provision for your tour.
