TERMS & CONDITIONS

Terms & conditions which govern your booking are as setout below :

Flamingo Travels & Adventures (A) Pvt. Ltd.  is a Travel & Package Tour organizer only. It does not own or operate or control any transport company, airline, coach or coach company, hotel etc. It takes care in putting all these ingredients in your packages, but since it has no control in their operation, it cannot be held responsible for any loss, damage, injury or death which may be caused by the act or default of the management or employees of any hoteliers, airlines, transport company, coach owner/operator etc.

• Until the company receives the appropriate deposit, there is no contract between the company & the client. The full payment must be received according to the procedures laid down under payment terms. 

• The company reserves the right to terminate the contract after acceptance of deposit at any time and for any reason but prior to the commencement of the tour without assigning any reason whatsoever. In such an event the company shall refund the amount of the deposit to the client without payment of any interest.

• All efforts will be made to maintain the itineraries. However due to fluctuating river conditions and also for weather conditions, the itineraries are subject to change without prior notice.

• The company will take every care for the safety & comfort of the clients, but the company shall in no circumstances whatsoever be liable to the client for

  •  Any personal injury, sickness, death, accident, loss, delay, discomfort, increased expenses or any misadventure howsoever caused.

  • Any act of omission, default of independent supplier who may be engaged or concerned in the provision of accommodation, refreshment, carriage facilities service for the client howsoever caused.

  • The temporary or permanent loss of or damage to baggage or any other personal objects howsoever caused.

• Claims, disputes of any nature relating to the tours marketed by Flamingo Travels & Adventures (A) Pvt. Ltd., will be settled in the Jurisdiction of Guwahati Courts alone.

• Each of these conditions shall be separable from the other & if any provision be invalid, illegal or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall nevertheless have full force & effect.

Booking & Payment Conditions :

After receiving your filled booking form in terms of cruising tours and a mail for the rest of our tours, we will check the availability as per your desired dates and intimate you soon after. A booking amount of 50% of the total tour cost has to be paid by bank transfer to confirm the tour booking. The rest of the amount may be paid 30 days before the tour.

Cancellation Policy:

In case you are forced to cancel your booking, you must inform us in writing. Your cancellation will attract charges as follows:

30% of the total tour cost 31 days or more before the tour.
50% of the total tour cost between 16-30 days before the tour.
75% of the total tour cost between 8-15 days before the tour.
100% of the total tour cost between 1-7 days before the tour.

Refund:

We shall refund the remaining amounts after cancellation charges without any interest.

Amendments:

 If you want to amend your booking, no cancellation charges will apply.
