Terms & conditions which govern your bookings are as setout
below :
Flamingo Travels & Adventures (A) Pvt. Ltd. is a Package Tour
organizer only. It does not own or operate any supplier
company like transport, hotel etc. The company hires the
services of the suppliers to run the package tours. Since it
has no control over the operations of the independent
suppliers, the company would not be responsible for any loss,
damage, injury or death which may be caused by the act or
default of the management or staff of the supplier companies.

The
full payments have to be received according to the procedures
laid down under payment terms.

The
company reserves the right to terminate the contract after
acceptance of deposit at any time and for any reason but prior
to the commencement of the tour without assigning any reason
whatsoever. In such an event the company shall refund the
amount of the deposit to the client without payment of any
interest.

All
efforts will be made to maintain the itineraries. However due
to fluctuating river conditions and also for weather
conditions, the itineraries are subject to change without
prior notice.

During
Census operations in the National Parks & Wild Life
Sanctuaries, Elephant Safaris are suspended at short notice.
In such cases Elephant Safari charges will be refunded to the
Guests.

The
ship's purser and captain are jointly responsible for
passengers' comfort and safety. Passengers must accept their
decisions and instructions.

Within
the ticket price fuel costs have been calculated on average
prices as of the publication of this document. Should fuel
prices rise by more than 10% the company will be entitled to
impose a fuel supplement equivalent to the amount by which the
fuel price exceeds the price allowed for in the contract.

The
company will take every care for the safety & comfort of the
clients, but the company shall in no circumstances whatsoever
be liable to the client for

Any
personal injury, sickness, death, accident, loss, delay,
discomfort, increased expenses or any misadventure howsoever
caused.

Any act
of omission, default of independent supplier who may be
engaged or concerned in the provision of accommodation,
refreshment, carriage facilities service for the client
howsoever caused.

The
temporary or permanent loss of or damage to baggage or any
other personal objects howsoever caused.

Claims,
disputes of any nature relating to the tours marketed by
Flamingo Travels & Adventures (A) Pvt. Ltd., will be settled
in the Jurisdiction of Guwahati Courts alone.

Each of
these conditions shall be separable from the other & if any
provision be invalid, illegal or unenforceable, the remaining
provisions shall nevertheless have full force & effect.
Booking & Payment Conditions :
After
receiving your filled booking form in terms of cruising tours
and a mail for the rest of our tours including the tailor-made
ones, we will check the availability as per your desired dates
and intimate you soon after. Upon receipt of your
confirmations, we will issue an invoice against your bookings.
Once the invoice is issued, you will be governed by our
cancellation policy. A booking amount of 50% of the total tour
cost has to be paid by bank transfer upon issuance of our
invoice. The rest of the amounts may be paid 30 days before
the tour.
Cancellation Policy:
In case
you want to cancel your bookings due to unavoidable
circumstances you have to intimate us by a mail. Your
cancellation will attract charges as follows:
25% of
the total tour cost more than 42 days before the tour.
35% of
the total tour cost between 28-42 days before the tour.
75% of
the total tour cost between 14-27 days before the tour.
100% of
the total tour cost less than 14 days before the tour.
Refund:
We
shall refund the remaining amounts after cancellation charges
without any interest.
Amendments:
There
will be no cancellation charges if you desire to amend your
bookings. |
